02 — The daily operation

Running a bakery involves more than baking.

Orders arrive in one place, production is planned in another, and delivery notes and invoices follow their own path. The gaps create extra work.

  • Standing orders changed by hand
  • Production totals rebuilt from order sheets
  • Delivery rounds managed separately
  • Invoice details entered twice

03 — What it brings together

One place for the work
behind every order.

OvenDesk connects the information your team uses from order through to accounts.

01

04 — One connected workflow

Enter the work once.
Carry it forward.

The same information moves through the operation, so teams spend less time rebuilding it in separate systems.

05 — Built for bakeries

Not a generic CRM
with bakery labels.

Bakery operations repeat every day, but rarely in exactly the same way. OvenDesk is shaped around that reality.

Repeat, then adjust

Standing orders provide the base. Daily changes stay visible without starting again.

Plan what gets made

Bring customer demand together into quantities your production team can use.

Deliver by route

Organise customers into practical rounds, lists and driver workflows.

Keep the books moving

Carry order information into invoices, credit notes and draft Xero records.

Xero integration

Connected accounts,
without re-entering the work.

Keep OvenDesk and Xero connected without re-entering customer and invoice data.

  • Sync customers to Xero
  • Send invoices and credit notes as drafts
  • Support VAT and account mapping

Payment reconciliation, payment sync and credit-note allocation are not included.

06 — Product principles

The important detail should be easy to find when plans change.

03

Made for the real work.

Built around bakery days, not generic software conventions.

07 — Frequently asked

The practical details.
